INTERNAL RULES FOR STAYING AT THE GONCHARY HOTEL
  • Check-in at the hotel is only possible upon presentation of a passport or other identity document.
  • The hotel has a single check-out time – 12:00 noon. Check-out from the hotel is before 12:00 noon, and check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
  • Early check-in: from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., a fee of 50% of the room rate per day will be charged.
  • Late check-out: from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a fee of 50% of the room rate per day will be charged. Check-in/check-out at other times - 100% charge.
  • All additional services end at the time of check-out.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the hotel. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a fine of 500 UAH.
  • Guests who are not staying at the hotel must register with the administrator on duty. Guests are allowed to stay until 11:00 p.m. at the latest.
  • Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m.
  • Animals, birds, and reptiles are strictly prohibited from staying and living in the hotel.
In the event of repeated violations by the consumer of the hotel's internal rules of residence, resulting in material damage and inconvenience to other consumers, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (evict the consumer).
PAYMENT RULES, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
1. Booking services are provided via the website, by email, and by phone.
2. When making a booking, the Guest enters into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel. From the moment the booking is made, the Guest will receive an invoice on behalf of the hotel with details for making an advance payment. The invoice is valid for 2 banking days. The bank commission for the money transfer is paid by the customer. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in hryvnia.
3. For a guaranteed hotel room reservation, a prepayment equal to the cost of one night's stay is required, with the remaining amount for the entire period of stay to be paid upon arrival.
4. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse service to guests who have not paid for their room prior to arrival at the hotel. In the case of a non-guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room without notifying the guest if other requests for guaranteed reservations are received for the same dates.
5. If the guest is more than 24 hours late, the guaranteed reservation will be canceled, and the prepayment for the first night of stay will not be refunded.
6. Hotel reservation cancellation policy:
If the reservation is canceled more than 5 days before arrival, the prepayment will be refunded in full. Otherwise, the funds paid will not be refunded. It is possible to change the booking date to another date without paying a penalty 5 days before arrival and subject to availability on the specified date. In case of early departure of the Guest from the hotel, the balance of the paid funds will not be refunded.
7. In case of violation of the Rules of Stay established in the hotel, the administration has the right to refuse the Guest further accommodation.
8. Upon check-in, a tourist tax of 0.2% for domestic tourism and 1% for inbound tourism must be paid, calculated based on the minimum wage established by law on January 1 of the reporting year for one person per day of stay.
